NO GSM Reception and Radio Flash Problem

Hi Everybody,

I have a big problem with my Niki (Htc Dual). Since last days, I have no GSM Reception.

So 1st question : this problem is it known, and if yes, how resolve it.

2nd Question : I actually tried to flasg de radio rom to resolve this problem, but the flash procedure does not work. In details
1. I launch sspl1.16 (ok)
2. The word "USB" appears (ok)
3. I unplug and replug USB (Nok), my phone is not recognize by my PC on Vista and the SSPL still rest on the 3 colours with "USB" word.

I tried to force launching of RUU with 1.56 Radio Roms, but the flash stop at 0% with an communication error.

Someone could help me on these problem please,

For information, I have never flash this phone in the past, all is "original" with the Orange Rom.

Try to do these steps with a XP PC not with a VISTA PC.
Then it should work.

You can use Vista no problem. - I'm running Vista Ultimate 64 and never had a problem.

But do you have HardSPL installed? I would think you'll need it to install radios.

After you enter the boot loader screen windows wont recognise the phone. after you unplug and plug it back in you can flash HardSPL (these are the steps to installing it)

after that you can just plug your phone into PC and run the radio RUU and follow the steps (don't have to put the phone into tri-bootloader the software will do that)
