the CustomRUU has a security, you can't flash if the battery of your phone is under 50%, because in bootloader, the phone doesn't charge !

isnt that there for a reason? it doesnt take long at all to charge the phone up to 50%

If you enter at the bootloader manually, there is no minimum charge required to flash... ;)
