HTC Touch HD - problems with rom flash

Hello,

I am new to this forum stuff so I hope someone can help me.

I have flashed the rom on my touch hd to this version -
HD_WM6.5__V44__B23004_07102009 by PDAVIET.
The phone runs the first time customization then restarts and runs it again!
This happens over and over.
I am unable to get into the home screen to flash it to another rom!
Can anyone give me any advice on how to re-flash my phone or how to stop this wizard from running time and again.
It says "preparing your device for first use", you align the screen, enter time and date, then it says installing etc, restarts the device and the does the same again!

Any help would be much appreciated.

Try putting your phone in bootloader:

" On a powered off phone hold down the volume down button and power on at the same time.
You should see the tricolor screen after 2-3 seconds. "

And reflash from there.
