Titanium weather

Hi all

I am having problems when updating weather, it simply does not update, it conects to internet but on screen it´s stucked "conecting to accuweather"
even if I soft reset or deactivate and reactivate titanium weather stills the same.
City code it´s ok and this problem just started today, before it was upgrading perfect.
I haven´t installed or uninstalled or changed any config on my Uni

Anyone have a clue of what can be the cause of my problem?

Strange because I can´t find any logic reason, sometimes it works great, even with auto update, and sometimes it´s just stock at conecting accuweather...
Hope someone can give us a clue here!

I just might give up on Titanium weather and use SPB Mobile Shell 3.0, it's a real pleasure to run and weather on it works like a dream, but a bit of a memory hog, so once I get 128Mb upgrade, there will be no stopping me. Hehe.

you will see that some older versions of weather dont has the patch...
Thats because accuweather has change the server... so try to find that patch as is... there are plenty or newer weather titaniums by showaco... try reinstalling it... or apply the patch if you have a duplicated plugin disable the old with a titanium customizer. ;)

Sorry guys, mine is working fine. Has been since installed Tomals 6.5. I don't understand the problem. There must be something you've installed prior that conflicts after a time.

roloracer send me his working mortscript, I´m doing some tests and report back, he consider that maybe with that can be solved the problem.

After some trial and error, I just found out that after installing titanium weather it should be updated(the mortscript).

Now it's working fine. no errors here.

Well I figure out that where I live signal is sometimes very low, or even 0 signal, so if automatic updater starts when there is no signal it gets stucked at "conecting accuweather"

As I´m now traveling to an area where signal is very good no problem has presented to this moment.

That is only a suposition and not sure about it, but till now updater is working well

Hm, i guess it is also problem with me. I was traveled today in city and there was no problem with stucking on connecting accuweather.

So perhaps there is a problem when titanium weather can not find signal to update, some kind of error.

I tried to deactivate the automatic update but I can´t, every time I unselect the box, save and exit, if I enter again it´s activated again...:(

I´m doing some tests with titanium weather and as long as I have good signal to do update my problem is solved!

Anyway perhaps I test your recommendation:)
How are your experiences with it?

If titanium weather can´t connect to internet due to a problem of low/cero signal the mortscript get´s kinda locked/stucked and on the next update it just displys "connecting to accuweather" but it does not work.
I found that removing the mortscript, then conecting to internet and moving mortscript back again to it´s place unlock the failure and then works properly.

Hope this helps to anyone else facing same prob.

JMLToday was updated to 5.3b but I couldn't test it: short on time and theme resolution was only VGA, except default theme (I was testing on the HD). I went back to titanium weather and it is working OK, no problems over here.

Tomorow I will test JMToday on my Universal. NExt week I'm on holidays and I will try to take a better look customize it.

What you described seems like a porblem in the mscr script. i will try to take a look at it.

I tested jml today and its nice but I returnet to titanium, I think I prefer it more simple...

I read your problem with radio but I don´t know any possible solutions, apart from the ones I´m sure you already done:

Hard reset
Doc format
Try another radio version
try another ROM version
