Set first boot volume at middle level [SOLVED]

Hey

I cant figured out how to set the system volume level at middle in new builds...

This is the problem:
When I cook a new build, and it boot the system volume is at full level... so I want to decrease the volume to middle level, to have a semi silence boot because of the htc animation, and yes... my htc animation the one that works with the hermes and with the wm6.5 dont has the volume parameter so maybe there is a reg to set it at middle...

anybody?

HKCU\Controlpanel\Volume\"Volume" Dword set in 200000000 yes nine numbers... hope works for more people here.
