Is the phone HardSPL???
And try searching the threads first. There's tousands of threads called "Help, I Bricked My Phone!!".
And try starting the phone (where it goes to whichever logo, a T-Mobile or HTC or whatever one, it doesn't matter), and then hold down the camera button. While holding that, press and release the soft reset button. Continue to hold the camea button until you see the screen change to something new (like a white screen or a color-band screen). See if you can then connect your phone to your computer and flash at that point. If your phone is already HardSPLed, then you can just flash via Storage Card.
Also, you can try holding down both the Left and Right softkeys, and while holding those, press the Soft Reset button. That should allow you to Hard Reset your phone, if I remember right. But that won't do anything, most likely, since it'll just go back to the broken ROM. So, basically, don't try that, since it won't work, most likely.
I'm glad to help, but after you've read some of the other threads that have similar issues. Thanks!

What does it do when you turn it on? You can't get it into the bootloader manually at all?
Have you tried the instructions in the first post of this thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=377747)?

He hasn't even responded to me, and I believe I told him to go to bootloader too. Seems like he posted, searched, solved, and then ignored this thread that he uselessly created.
And lol, is that a sticky that you linked to? How big do we have to make stickys until people actually notice them?!?!?
