help me LG KS20 Unavailable OTP Block

i have read various posts how to go about this problem but with me phone brought to me for unlock and on screen i saw ''Unavailable OTP Block'' please guide me where to begin from, is it possible that i can still backup nv2 or because i don't have it neither do i have the files. I have Furious box and when i read firmware info:KS20FL-01-V10b-2008-10-OCT-21-2007+5 PLEASE HELP ME REVIVE IT if you don't mind chat directly --email removed--
