MDA vario 2 dont start...

My MDA Vario 2 dont start. it stops on the splash screen of my original t mobile wm 6 rom. I have try the hard reset by pressing the left and right softkeys. but my right softkey is not working (physically). is there any other option to bring my tytn alive ?
