Two Problems with G-Smart

hi,
i have gigabyte Gsmart i 64MB
my rom version is V1.12.A3 (WM5)

The First problem is:
Sometimes the Processor\CPU Get 50% Used for about 3 minute :eek: without Running any Process
except System Process that can't be ended
i try to reflash the rom but without useful

The Second problem is:
Sometimes the phone manager (cprog.exe) stop responding:mad:
the call timer is running but i can't end call to making new call

This belongs in Q & A Section, but I would guess there is some poorly coded program that intermittently tries to check an internet connection or tries to access some other processor intensive activity.

I would recommend hard-resetting, but it sounds like you already did, although I don't know what you meant by "i try to reflash the rom but without useful".

if cprog.exe doesn't work right you may want to try reflashing your radio, too. I am not familiar with G-Smart software, and I am not entirely sure that you do not have an underlying hardware issue. If you have stock radio and ROM and have hard-reset I would recommend contacting warranty support.

"i try to reflash the rom but without useful" i meant that , i download the latest rom and flash it to the device but this not solve the problem

"you may want to try reflashing your radio, too" when i extract the .ZIP Rom file i get
ROM File(.nb0)
Customization File(CustFile)

not like imate Rom Consists from 3 Files, i think radio.nba ,rom.nba, etc.
