Need help with GPS

I have already unlocked my phone and installed several different ROMs. But I still seem to be the only one who has not yet used GPS on his Vogue. I do not have a data plan so that just makes it that much more difficult. I recently installed TomTom 6 only to find out that no maps nor voices were included in the program. I know that TomTom does not need a data plan and that it runs off of the coordinates stored in the maps. Can someone please give me a link to a TomTom program WITH maps???

I know TomTom is not free, I got it from somewhere on google. Are there any other programs like TomTom that only use maps and not data?

Tomtom isn't free. You need to buy some maps if you want to use it. As for GPS the only solution I found was http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=533639
