Help: Broken Kaiser Digitiser ...want to fix ....

hi guys
i want to fix my kaiser i drop the kaiser yesterday and i bought the Digitiser and Screw driver Toolkit ..and i dont know how to open kaiser Casing and fix the Digitiser..my kaiser screen is Fine but touch is not working...

I have printed out full service manual. dont remember were from i got it. I used it.. it had the same instruction as the link but if you plan to open up your phone offten i woudl sugest to get it :D

and btw, when i opened it up it took only 1h and 30 min max :D at first time :D, last time only 30 min :D.

I have posted a tutorial video on youtube a while ago which i allso used for my own device. In the video they replace the hole LCD+Digitizer but i think it should give you a good head start. It takes about 10 minutes to open the device and 7 to 8 minutes to close again.

yeah stupidy, the whole Service manual is great i mean it is easy to understand the step by step procedure for how to open and fix your kasier .....

i open my first kaiser it works but i i cant open my second kaiser speaker screw ...first i bought torx t6 t5 t4 but cant open with that then i bought t3 torx toolkit cant open with that one as well don't know how to open the screw its really headache for me ...need your help...regards
