Stuck and boot problems

My phone get's stuck a lot for some reason also when my ram is on like 60 %.
When i reset my phone it automaticly does a hard reset.
I have brought it to a phone store and the guy said he repaired it but it's still broken.
does anybody have the same problem and a idea how to repair it?

try to delete your device from Windows Mobile Centre, then try again to connect your diamond to pc

ok i got a active sync connection now but when i try to install a original rom i get this : This Update Help can't be used on your PDA-Phone check the Update help
