When inserting my charger into my TILT OFF the led indicating that it is charging stays on for 5 seconds
after that 5 seconds it starts blinking
IS THIS SOPPUSE TO HAPPEN?
when i try charging it ON nothing happens
doesnt indicate that its charging
any solution?
