SMS sound - strange delay problem ...

I1m cooking my own ROM ... And few months ago (2-3) ,after release another version of it strange problem appeared ... I mean SMS is coming ... LED is blinking ... but sounds is not played ... It starts to play after i press POWER ... Does anybody know what can be wrong ? I tried diferent builds ... 21042 21046 21051 21052 ... It still occurs ... OEMDrviers 2.07 2.09 ... Still thre same ... It doesnt happen everytime ... But from time to time it does ... Maybe some packages are involve with it ? Maybe someone experienced this ? Thankx for any suggestion !

It's rather not the radio, I have a different one and still had the problem today.

Thanks for suggestions but i don`t want to wake up phone when SMS is coming :)

Radio ... rilphone ... Got original diamond rilphone ... Radio changed several time and no matter which one was on Diamond this problem occured (but only sometimes)
