One need to flash russian ROM
Made HARD SPL yang 4.70 everythinw went ok
Tried to flash official rus rom. MODEL ID invalid
Deleted spl.nbh from the directory--the same
Then tried to flash via card HERALD.ASerg.Micro4.WM61R.WWE.SD.LZX.03.12.90
But nothing happens.
I made goldcard with qmat, security=0,
Copy 2 files hearimg.nbh and heradiag.nbh
but entering bootloader, nothing happens, just as usual bootloader

You've posted the same thing TWICE. Please refrain from doing so. This could result in a day ban if it were up to some.
There is no reason to post twice.
You can't flash the official RUU when your hardSPL unless you use USPL and it will erase the HardSPL. (or using the goldcard.)
If nothing happens when you go into the bootloader, your SD card is not formatted properly or is too slow.
