Still unlocked after 'Clear Storage'?

I'm selling my Kaiser that I unlocked a while ago (it's on ebay UK, PM me if interested ;) )

I did a 'clear storage' command just to clear my data off it and I'm now wondering if it will still be SIM unlocked?

Unfortunately I don't have another network's SIM knocking around to try it with!

Also - will it still have hardspl on it?

even if you flash it back to the rom it came with it will still be unlocked

Brilliant, thanks a lot! Seems to be different with Android by the way - had a G1 locked by hard-reset recently.
