Apologies, complete beginner here! Just bought myself a Hermes with WM5 (my first foray into smartphones), I've trawled through the excellent posts on this forum and have a couple of questions.
- I'll mainly be using it as a phone (obviously...), calender, mp3 player (using a bluetooth headset), alarm / reminder and text file reader. Are there any programs that you would recommend or that I need to make use of these functions?
- Will the Hermes accept an 8gb MicroSDHC?
- Being a complete novice to flashing and the like, is there any advantage to having WM6.1 or a certain ROM on my Hermes and if so, is it a simple process to upgrade?
- Would deleting all the programs I am never likely to use make it run any faster? Is this done via Windows Mobile or is there a "basic" ROM that can be flashed to it?
