USPS for Worldwide shipments?

Hello there!, arround 11 (working) days ago, someone sent me a kaiser from Florida to Colombia, i'm still waiting so my question is, how good the service is? (with USPS for international shipments), so far 11 days its a LOT since they website says 6 to 10 working days with the priority int mail. Any idea what can i do? they do not offer tracking numbers for small packages anyway i have paid insurance for it, should i wait or try to contact directly to usa? seems like they dont have an office here.. nice huh :D

International sendings are ok, but problem is when arrives to your country customs.
For example here in Mexico, a friend send me a couple of years ago a Kaiser and time passed so I checked online and shipping company stated it arrived to the country, then I went to customs and they said it never arrived, so they took the kaiser and confiscate it!
I´ll never seng again an electronic device from out to my country, it´s better to send to a friedn to a country where it has a trustable customs service.

Hope this is not yuor case and my intention is not to scare you at all, just to share my not good experience.

yeah i hope this is not the case, anyway if the phone is confisctared, stolen or watever, i have paid an insurance also it was an ebay purshase so my money is covered by paypal :D the problem is, i need the phonee lol

p.s thanks, i think my list is a lil big but you know, is always good to test things
