what happens when you do a hard reset...and how do you do it...the reason im asking because i cant link to my pc via usb it will not recognise the wing ...ive almost everything i have vista it used to work ...i put in the disc to download the program it wont even do that ...i dont no if its my 1 year old dell pc or my wing

It resets all of your settings (EVERYTHING) and deletes all information/data stored to your phone's memory (not your SD card). You will need to back up anything you want to keep and reinstall all of your programs. It's basically like starting with a brand new phone with nothing on it.

how do you back everthing up on your memory card ...will i loose phone numbers in my sim ....also how do you do a hard reset
