All of us (including me) had battery problems, so this is a simple guide to re-calibrate the battery... sometimes it has worked for me..
1. Run your battery to 0%. Your vox will automatically shutdown.
2. Plug your vox into the wall.
3. Let it charge for 5 hours atleast (its better if you plugged it in before bed so its gets around 8 hours)
4. Turn it on and the battery should read 100% and the battery reading should be more accurate from now on.
5. if the problem continues, repeat the process.
