well atleast for me anyways. if you ever experience times where your touch screen is not responding until you press hard all over the screen, then i have the solution.
(you should already know how to open your kaiser'tilt' before doing this)
i believe due to its been in there for a long time, it looses its stickiness. i'm talking about the glue between the diigitizer and the lcd console. earlier today i thought about it and tried to take it out, and that was it. my screen has been responsive the whole day.
WARNING:the digitizer is very fragile. i have cracked mine on upper right corner where the 'x' box to close the application is. though i did crack it, that part was the only part no that is not responding, the rest of the screen works.
what you basically have to do is to gain access to the lcd and take it out.
the hard part is to have patients on seperating the digitizer. dont use a screwdriver or a knife. you have to use a thin string and just take your time on seperating the two(trust me i learned the bad way).
once seperated, scrape off the black tape and your done.
i am not reponsible for any damage you do to your phone. like i said, you need to know how to open your phone already before doing this.
and again take your time, be patient and cautious on doing this.
