Out of Ram Memory

Hi all.
I just install WM 6.5 and is work fine but I have a problem with ram memory when I want to open IGO 8 , my HTC Tinity is out of ram memory and I can't use the GPS. Please help

Search through Google to disable features in Igo8
I had the same problem and return to WM6.1
or, you can also try the new Tommy45i ROM
