My camera doesn't have that option, but I've seen that the diamond has the option. How can I add it?

In Advanced Configuration Tool you can do this.

if you don't have / want netcf 3.5 you also can use diamondtweak

HKLM\SOFTWARE\HTC\Camera\ >> in folder P9 change "Enable" from 0 to 1

As far as I know, It is not P9, it is P10 for diamond.
Also if you want some more facility, then try these:

Burst mode:
\HKLM\Software\HTC\Camera\P6

Sports mode:
\HKLM\Software\HTC\Camera\P8

Video Share mode:
\HKLM\Software\HTC\Camera\P9

GPS Photo mode:
\HKLM\Software\HTC\Camera\P10

AT YOUR OWN RISK, you can also install the following CAB, that will make the above changes at your phone. It is uninstallable, but as I said before, IT IS YOUR OWN RISK :)
