What is MortScript and why is it required?

Once I installed a MortScript and after that I was unable to run any (almost) program installed in the Storage Card and I had to format it.

.. First part, answered. Google.

Second part, nonsense. Unless some random corruption occurred, MANY MANY MANY people use MortScript. If it were eating storage cards you wouldn't be the first to see it.
