hi, i need help please. my touch diamond (UK) can only be started in bootloader mode, no comms with activesync, and when i try to flash hardspl and/or a new radio, nothing much happens. i just get error (226) flash write. the weird thing is the phone can only be brought into bootloader once its been cooled down in the fridge ! yes i have an htc cryogenic issue ! I've spent ages reading threads on hardspl, radios, etc. and have got nowhere. when i bring it into bootloader the screen still reads;

SPL 1.40 Olinex
MicroP- Diam (LED) v11
PSOC - Diam STAGE_PVT v0x30
so i don't seem to be able to flash and it will only turn on if its cold. WTF ? i'm lost, please help me. i don't want to carry a fridge around just to make a phonecall.:confused:
