Ja tentei instalar varias Roms de Windows Mobile o fone da boot normal mas
nao termina nehuma das instalaçoes termina com o Erro 00018003 ou se estou tentando outra Rom ele para com erro na EXTROM como resolvo isso, preciso fazer meu treo funcionar novamente

I upgraded from windows 6.1 to 6.5 bun 6.5 wouldn'y work because it expires in 2010. Than I upgraded to 6.5.1 ROM and I got update failure at approx 80%. From then I can't install OS in my Treo neither from the memory stick nor computer. The phone enters in Bootleader mode. I keep getting the error message when I want to update. Please post a solution. Thanks!

I fix my phone..Excuse my bad english..I live in ROMANIA...Follow this step to fix phone:download MTTY 1.42.exe...instal driver....connect you phone in bootloader mode...run MTTY.exe...select USB...press ENTER...type :"task 2a"....wait to finish operation MTTY(aprox 10min.)......disconect your phone...put the sdcard with CHEEIMG.nbh file in your phone...reset phone...wait 2-3 sec...press power button...an wait to finish upgrade...in screen will appear "upgrade succes"...reset phone....Good luck!:)

Hmm, for those who want to avoid problems in the future, I'll provide some tips from experience:

-When flashing a Custom ROM, it's always best to start from an official Palm WM6 ROM (unless stated otherwise), the same goes for when you flash a Custom ROM over another. Especially Veisen's WM6.5, it's been known to give downgraders a hard time removing his ROM. I myself ran into weird problems simply from going WM6.1 to a custom, radio-less WM6.
-Going all the way back to WM5 works too, mostly for nostalgia lol...
-Of course, the general rule of ROM flashing is to clear data immediately after flashing any ROM whatsoever.
