I need HELP

I have a problem that i have to use hand free to hear my mobile but when somebody call it start to ring and i hear it . the mic doesn`t work at all
please can anyone help.

seriously non-informing post.
To establish what is wrong we need info because our crystal balls aren't working at this moment, sorry for the inconvenience caused by the malfunctioning crystal balls.

What device, which ROM which radio, when did it stop working. etc etc etc.

hey Eq, my balls are working just fine thanks, as to the question however, i have no idea.......OT i know, but couldnt resist ha ;)

The problem with crystal balls is that they break easily when you let others play with them ;)

my device is :
T-Mobile MDA
Rom : 2.21.2.6 WWE
Radio : 02.19.11
doesn`t work a month ago (Telephone speakers work only when someone call i hear ring tone & to hear him i must use headset plus MICROPHONE doesn`t work at all ) i know its a complex problem :confused: but I count on you:)...

If the jack connector-contacts are dirty it sometimes happens that the device keeps hanging in handfree modus.
You can try the following:
-remove battery (!)
-spray a bit of contact spray into the headphone jack-connector of the device.
-plug and unplug the jackplug several times (cleaning the jackplug every few strokes with a tissue to remove any dirt and keep it away from the connector), and reapplying contact-spray when necessary.
-leave the device to dry for an hour or so (contact spray doesn't cause any short circuits, but I always leave it to dry before testing).
-plug in the battery, and test the device.
