Try making the same mods using SuperJustKitchen since that's already more stripped as far as the OEM goes. I'm anxious to see what you'll get.

just tested on my herald... bluetooth not working... any idea where can i download blutooth driver? wifi working well, activesync working well, camera working well, comm working well, keyboard working well except the symbol miss match (i know this is because wing rom ihave to remapping the keyboard)... i rather choose the IE then the old one... in next version if dont remove it can include the new IE or where can i download it. thanks for the rom...

I already built my own ROM with Ivans SuperKitchen. It couldnt flash, but it built!! Its kind of like cooking your first meal, but you cant eat it because it tastes horrible. A little less salt the next time.

Requires you to be HardSPLed. Very Important!!!

Have you HardSPLed your phone yet?? If you did, you would remember.

Once you are HardSPL, you press and hold the Camera button, and while holding that, you press and release the Soft Reset button. Keep holding the Camera button until you see a white screen appear. It'll search your SD card for the HERAIMG.nbh file, and once it finds it, it'll ask you if you wanna flash. Press down on the volume slider to flash. Let it go for 10 minutes untill it says Successful.

You, of course, have to format your SD card too, and have the .NBH file renamed as "HERAIMG". And you have to be HardSPL!!! There's lots of instructions on the forums for all of this.

Well u didn't look at the How To Flash Through Storage Card Threads. That way that I said is the ONLY WAY.

But, tell Mr. Ill what u want in ur ROM (since there's sooo many variations he's made) and he might cook up a non-LZX.

Lol, the best for MotoSurf is Ivan's JustStable Micro, since it's WinMo6.1. But this StripTease comes very close, with only a 3 MB difference of RAM.

Ya i was running my Striptease and ace was running Ivans Micro and we had about the same. I had 14mb ram left. Motorsurf is a ram hog. Ive been trying to make a Motosurf 6.5 Rom for a couple days. It cooks fine but i cant get it to start automatically. I can release it anyways if you want

How long after flash did this happen? Was it fine for a little?

Are you flashing the LZX version? LZX must be flashed through Storage Card. XPR version must be larger than 50 MB.

lol i was messing with a M2D 6.5 build earlier. i was thinking "Stripped : Manilla" or something idk

Yep, Mr. Ill illegially posted the RAM. RAM measurements are always taken with SD cards in the phone! Without SD cards, RAM is increased by 2 MB or so. We'll give you a warning this time, Mr. Ill.

No there is not NetCF so that should be it. Let me know how it works out

JustHome is done being developed. The newer ROM's here are better, I'd say. Far better, compared to the last version of JustHome, which had some SEVERE issues. I'd go with one of these newer 6.5 ROM's, you've got lots of choices now.

And he got that much RAM out of the ROM two ways...One, he didn't have the storage card in the phone when he listed the RAM (that takes like 1-2 MB of RAM), and two, he stripped bluetooth, and other things that decrease the amount of running background services. But it's perfect if you don't use those things.

Having issues getting my newly installed Windows 7 Professional RTM 64-bits to discover my Herald with Blackandblue. Had no issues with Vista previously. 64-bit does not ship with WMDC for some reason so I installed the Vista 6.1 version but no luck there. The phone is recharging while plugged in but it does not show up at all in Windows.

Is this a general problem with WM6.5 and Windows 7 or specific for Striptease series or is it something wrong on my end? I still have USBtoPC advanced setting checked (I have not changed anything on the phone since I had Vista).

Thats weird.. Maybe try opening ActiveSync in the phone, click Menu , Settings, and uncheck the box. And then exit that, then go back in and check that box

That is wierd. I'm on Windows 7 RC build 7100 and I've been able to sync with every ROM I've flashed using WMDC 6.1:confused:
