Is their a section for beginners?

Is their a section in this forum that is for beginners? When I say beginners I mean we know the basics about computers and what not, but when it comes to changing registry and tweaking up our HTC phone.

Like a guide on "how-to's" on everything and anything we probably would want to do or just the major stuff. That would be great because searching through the forum for other questions that were solved is a hassle. Sometimes I can't find anything then you would have to post it and members would come back to flame you because you didn't search when you actually did.

If their is a section could someone please post the link.

i am beginner too n get confuse. don't know which threads i've to read first?

am using htc diamond n want to know from the beginning about ROM, Radio n power management. any suggestion from all senior members please...
