Problems updating ROM

Hello, im trying to update the rom on my spv e650 which is a vox however i have followed the instructions (i think) and when i run the rom update etc the phone boots saying 0%

then reboots again and the update software just says "image corrupt" on all roms

any ideas

also should point out that mobile centre keeps crashing when trying to flash also :(

You can flash using Windows XP.
It's work fine in XP :)

So am i doing this correctly?

Launch SDA_ApplicationUnlock, unlock phone then soft reset the device
Launch uspl_116_jockyw and keeping go through the prompts
Launch ROMUpdateUtility for the rom

? or am i missing something out

Try it on a non-x64 PC! I am pretty sure it doesn't work on it. Once you flashed USPL though, you can simply flash again and again from SD-Card!

I must flash&run USPL ever when I try flash cooked ROM. Are you agree?
HardSPL is great method, only flash ROM, but it isn't available on Vox :)

This is how I did.Follow Instructions.

1) Connect your mobile with pc check whether its connected with active sync or not.
2) Use sda_application unlock.exe to unloc the mobile ..It will ask you to reboot.Dont reboot .Keep it as it is.
3)Then open uspl_116_jockyw.bat .Run it as administrator and it will as you to follow the instructions.just follow that .After all instructions the bat file will vanish.The screen of your mobile goes black.
4) Run Flash.exe from the ROM you downloaded.Wait for 10 mnts then it will reboot atomatically.
5) after reboot dont do anything ..Have some patience .it will do "cold reboot".It will take 5 mnts.

After this it will ask you to press OK to reboot .
Thats it .Enjoy Now.

Got it working :D tried again and a different bootloader appeared

I use this method from first time :)
Maybe someone can develop HardSPL to our Vox :D
