good german WM 6.5 ROM for my niki

Helo at all.
I have a MDA Touch Plus (niki200).
My brother has on his SE XPERIA X1 wm 6.5 and he can change in the options the language form german to english, france, spanish etc.
Can i use a english, italian, france or other niki rom and change in the options the language to german?

If the german ROM isn't working well for you, you can also use this one:

It's in English, but after installing the 16-key EzInput cab and the German language-cab you do have xT9 in German. There's a link to the EzInput files somewhere on the first page of that thread I linked.
