Please help the Kaiser shows only bootloader and "serial"

I tried to update HardSPL 3.29 on my friend's Kaiser from AT&T. But it still stucked.
I run SDA-Unlocker .It shows ok.
After serveral tries the phone stucked So i use Kaiser SuperCID and Security Unlocker v0.1 by ockyw2001SPL and do step 1. I don't know what i have exactly done.

During copy it stays at 95 % !

Now every time i boot the device it shows only the bootloader

KAIS1*0
SPL-3.56.0000
CPLD-8

Seial


I can't upgrade other ROM any more.

I think i should take HardSPL 3.56force USB ? because ATT already has SPL 3.56 and WM I 6.1
What have i to do now ? I'm a little confuse because the phone of my friends. That is the gift from his brother. :-(

Ok ! I folow http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=420683
and tried to flash SPL 3.29 again. But it still stucked at 0%.
I will try the SD version.
Other question: should the battery loading at in bootloader ?

Hi,
Try re-flashing the stock ROM for the phone. You'll either find it on the wiki or on your carriers website.
