ciao, qual buon vento.....
la pw non ha motivi particolare, infatti fra poco penso che la rendiamo pubblica,
ci è servita per avere idee abbastanza precisa su quanti usano queste rom, tutto quà è stata la prima cosa che ci è venuta in mente... niente particolare.

Ho cercato di seguire tutte le istruzioni, ma il software per l'aggiornamento RUU non riesce a vedere il pda... Che posso fare? prima di tutto

questo aggiornamento è valido solo ripeto solo per dispositivi G3 è escluso G4 alias vodafone v1640
questo aggirnamento è da fare solo se il tuo dispositivo quando lo metti in modalita boot da un valore inferiore a V1.01 , se leggi di già V1.01 lascia stare non serve è già presente.


procedura:
-scarica il tool qui http://rapidshare.de/files/47813127/JASJAR_BL1.01_RUU_V1.2.rar.html
-scompattalo dove vuoi
-metti il dispositivo in serial boot ( pennino sul tasto reset+ luce+ power)
-aspetta che il pc lo veda e lancia ROMUpgradeUt.exe fara tutto lui

è la stessa procedura che fate per gli aggiornamenti

ripeto questo aggiornamento è solo per G3 che anno una versione di serial boot inferiore a V1.01 per tutti gli altri non è necessaria


2. Aggiornamento dell’universal con una ROM non ufficiale o di altro brandizzatore/distributore.

Questo tipo di aggiornamento è sconsigliato per tutti coloro che intendono mantenere la garanzia del device e, per tale motivo viene fatto a proprie spese e volontà.

Questo tipo di aggiornamento vale per i tre moduli dell’htc universal:


1. Disabilitare lo standby e l’ibernazione del pc.
2. Chiudere tutte le applicazioni in particolar modo firewall ed antivirus.
3. Rimuovere sim card e schede di memoria al fine di prevenire la loro corruzione o bruciatura.
4. Mettere il device in bootloader premendo contemporaneamente i tasti on/off – luce – soft reset.
5. Connettere il device tramite cavo usb, non usando hub o cradle, si noti che la scritta sullo schermo passerà da serial a usb.
6. Scompattare il file di aggiornamento con winrar (il file è un eseguibile ma si scompatta ugualmente).
7. nella nuova cartella ci sono due directory RUU_TOOLS e OutputFile prendere tutti i file contenuti in esse e metterli in una directory comune.
8. Mettere nella cartella poc’anzi citata il file MaUpgradeUt_noID.exe e lanciarlo per iniziare l’aggiornamento.
9. Seguire le istruzioni a video confermando sempre e scollegando il device solamente dopo aver premuto, al termine delle operazioni, il tasto Fine.

1. Potresti mandarmi la password in un messaggio privato?
2. Per fare l'aggiornamento basta seguire il wizard (o le indicazioni che mi hai postato sopra), oppure ho bisogno di altri tipi di sblocco?

Hello Goldrake and hello to all others, this is my first post on this forum, even if I am following you from years :P

I have some questions for you Gold, first off I am italian like you, so I was pretty interested in your translation of http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=479465


The main question is, which is teh version you translated?

I see there are different version of it according of the amount of ram you have installed on your Uni.
Since installing yours I have after a fresh boot something like 12 mb of ram free(if I am lucky). 12 mb is just too few one, 2 applications and then the error message telling there isn't enough ram to execute the programs start to pop up.

I am referring to the gold one, not the ice(ice one isn't working on my uni anyway).

Ho un g3 128 (jasjar)
con la rom originale quando usava il wifi si spegneva di colpo.
Upgradato alla 23016 Ice_Xp 0.2b e funziona a meraviglia...
Solo che inserendo la mia sim, la radio rimane spenta e non c'e' verso di accenderla.
Non credo fosse un imate brandizzato, non ha nessun riferimento a nessun operatore, e i logo di boot era www.clubimate.com
Cosa puo' essere?

With its standard rom when having wifi activity it shat down suddenly
Upgraded to 23016 Ice_Xp 0.2b and it works fine...
Despite the fact that inserting my sim, radio stays off and there's no way to turn it on
I doubt it was a brandized imate, it has no reference to any provider and the boot logo was the one of clbimate.com
What could it be?

Se da windows lancio l'applet cplmain.cpl o se lancio ctlpnl.exe non apre nulla.

if i launch under windows the cplmain.cpl applet or the ctlpnl.exe executable nothing happens.
