[APP]Midomi Music Recognition

I've seen requests for this app all over this forum so here you go guys. You can even make it work over your data plan not just wifi. To do so:
Edit registry value
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Melodis\Midomi\midomiGU IDType
change default value of 3 to 1.

yes its freeware. it has been extracted from a samsung omnia. users who say it doesnt work for them please try it over wifi. registry has to be edited to work over data. let me know if you need to make it work over cellular data.
I installed it on my diamond and it works perfect for me.

Edit: I done a search and came up with this:-

Woops my bad I just installed it and this isn't the one ported from the Omnia II - you wont find the registry.

I just installed this and it seems to work, but i'm at work at the moment and I cant play any music to test it - I'll try later

it works trust me i use it.

i just installed, couldnt find any registry, but it works fine over my data plan, already tested it with a couple songs

Weird.. Some people say they cant find registry.. Maybe different ROMs have different outcomes regarding this.
Anyway for those who find it works with no registry edit required.. Great.
Others please consult my previous post to edit your registry.

midomio works soooo much better and faster than shazaam, it works really fast to instant music find

Recognized some Vybz, some Slim Thug but not me singing ba ba black sheep, probably because Im not very good at singing hehe.. Menu button is not working either but everything needed is such as change mode and go back. Really good, I'm sure It'll turn out handy some time :)

so i been using for a couple days now and its really awesome, it id'd all sorts of genres and languages, the sing it or hmm identification features works well also, i had my friend sing her favorite song and it found it. A+++ thanks again

You can install on Device/Storage Card/Internal Storage/RAMdisk as your choice.

Yes I did and still get the error. Ill just use MusicID. Although the GUI in this one is 100x better.

That's weird.. Try uninstalling and reinstalling. After you reinstall, dont edit the registry and try it over wifi. If it works try editing the registry again.

Just loaded it up on my diamond and after the registry tweak it works perfectly on my plan.
One slight issue is on opening the menu button on the midomi screen does not seem to work, has anybody else had this? not sure what options would be in the menu so not sure if I'm missing anything.

Menu button doesn't work, and midomi crash. I must close it and execute it again.

Yeah the menu button still doesnt work. This app is actually ported from the Samsung Omnia, that's why. But hey as long as the app works... :D
