and Tmobile rom or any rom stop in 11%

for herm300 you need to check your spl is it 2.10? if not then you need to install the sspl 1.09 and run it from your sd card. Then you need to flash the rom with the official AT&T rom. You will need a window xp for the device to work out. good luck
