how can I fix the very slow boot? since I've installed something or uninstalled something the boot takes twice as much time - maybe something is loading I don't want to...

any ideas how to fix this?

yes! reinstall the rom you have uploaded to the wizard, is very simple!

thats not a solution. but I already did it (it helped) but HR should not be first advice what to do :/
