Now what can i do. Please help me, thanks~~~~~

Hi there.

Switch off your phone and switch it back on pressing power and camera buttons together. This should lead you to Hard-SPL "Menu". After the appearance of a multi-color screen, you are able to connect your phone to a computer and install a new ROM.

My advice is to try the original HTC Rom, which can be found on Original Roms Post (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=1887762&postcount=65). This should let you test default factory configuration and validate if the problem has something to do with the keyboard or just the ROM.

Thank you for your reply. But the big problem is I can not go to the multi-screen color. I try it many time. I think my D810 end.

Never End... ;) (Hopefully)

Could it be that one of your buttons is not pressing all the way? I've had trouble lately getting a couple of my buttons to press. Try pressing just a "Little" harder taking care not to break anything.

And just to confirm: You are holding down 'Power', 'Camera', and then pressing and releasing 'Reset'? I'm sure you are, I just wanted to confirm. :o

I was hoping to help you on the cheapest way... The other one, is disassemble it... Check Dimanto's guide, which i can confirm, is good. Just did it step-by-step and it is perfect...

Dimanto's Guide to disassemble Trinity (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=311463&highlight=dismantle)

if what SuperSport was suggesting is not valid (keys got stuck) maybe you have a MoBo problem :( if it's only a keyboard, it's cheap enough to repair, i hope...

Something I had not thought about previously... Have you tried to remove the Battery for about 30 Seconds to see if it will reset?

If you decide not to try to fix it, don't throw it away. I'm sure people on here would be willing to buy it to try to fix it, or for parts.

If you want to try to remove the battery, you need to slide the back plate up. It does take a little force if you've never done it before. Use your thumbs and push it up.

Edit: Place your thumbs where the large circles are in the attached image and press up towards the camera lense, sliding the backplate up.

Good luck.

I removed the battery around 20 hours, the answer is same. Still stay in start logo.
I didn't throw it away, i want to fit it. I like this phone very much. I hope it alive again, thanks~~

I'm sorry that none of the simple things have worked. It sounds as though pjvieira might be right. It may be a hardware issue. Hopefully just the buttons, but maybe the motherboard. pjvieira's suggestions would be the next thing to try.

Good luck, and let us know how it turns out.

I think is the hardware problem. Maybe the OS damage, so only stay in start logo. Maybe sent to shop for maintence.
