black screen after KaiserUnlocker without HardSpl

Hi

I've a quite big problem that occured form my stupidy.

I wanted to unlock the phon and get rid of simlock.

I've read the wiki and start playing with kaiser. I forgot to run the HardSpl and go just to KaiserUnlocker. First step was ok 100% reboot, second step - 100% rebot splashscreen 1, splashscreen 2 without sound and after that black screen.
AS is not turning green, screen is black, buttons doesn't work.

I've done HR and after that i fought it's ok there was a splashscreen with windows mobile, algin the screen, time etc. and after that the OS is automatically upgraded by some files from AT&T. After upgrade there is splash 1 with AT&T logo splash 2 with another AT&T logo and nothing more - black screen again.

Before my playing time I had WM 6.0 Prof from AT&T, R 1.27.12.11

Now when I'm entering the bootloader I've

on the top "Security Unlocked"
on red stripe KAIS1*0 MFG
SPL-1.0.OliPof
CPLD-8

What can I do now?

Run the ATT updater from HERE (http://www.4shared.com/file/115377725/b37c8de5/_ATT_Tilt_RUU_Kaiser_CINGULAR_WWE_3575022_radio_si gn_25884005_1652118_Ship.html) it "SHOULD" Put you back to stock. Then run the hard SPL and try unlocker again. I have found that I needed to upgrade to 6.1 before the unlocker would work. Hope this helps

Great thx but how should I do that, kaiser is not conectg with PC througth AC.

Hold the camera button when you turn it on. That will take you into bootloader. I am not sure if this will help for sure but it is worth a shot

Yes it is the att 6.1 update stock rom.

Or use SD card method. But you need to read WiKi for that...

Best will be to "update" to 6.0, flash HardSPL 1.0 from Olipof, flash older HTC ROM (by HTC, not ATT) repacked (with OS only, no radio or SPL) and then unlock, because newer AT&T 6.0 ROM doesn't work with the radio from SIM unlocker.

The same happened to my friend ;)

I've looked at Wiki at Kaiser_ROMs and there is planty of them :eek:

I can try every on of them but from recent 'trying' I have only problems now :p

I've tried the solution send by zelendel with WM 6.1 it's runing up but there was alsow a customization and I runs it works thanks a lot :) Now HARDSPL as first :D

Yeah that was all the AT&T crap. Let us know how things go.

Phone is unlocked but I've another problem after putting the sim card the phone runs fine for few seconds and then it stops, the vibrations is on all the time and camera isn't working at all and there is no sound (black screen).

Is it one more time OS?

Ok now that you have a hard spl install What radio and spl do you have? The radio is your camera prob. I would pick a custom rom and flash it with the prefered set and see how that goes.

So, with the first rom - WM6.0 it showed 1.27.12.11 then I flashed device and it was 1.70.olinex, another flash the WM6.1 and it was 1.65.21.18 and now after hardspl it is showing again 1.70.olinex
It's from the splash1 with the R in front, am I correct ?

One question more I've a problem with signal I don't loos it but it's weak - one or two lines in the middle of city. I switched to HTC original OS WM6.1 radio is 1.65.16.25. Should I switch the radio ?? If yes which one will be the best ?

The right radio is such a subjective combination of variables, that no one call tell you which is the best for you. Just go to the Ultimate Radio thread and try a bunch of 6.1 compatible radios until you find on to stick with.

Start with the radio that is recommended for the rom that you are using and then try radios that are in other peoples signatures.
