i have the red, green and blue screen going on and no matter what i try to do its not doing anything, i tried to reinstall the OS and my pc wont detect any phone that is connected. is there anyway i can get this phone back to normal?

Hey crazy first thing i would try is to make sure you have active sync installed and the connection manager set to connect via usb. if you have it setup right active sync should recognize the phone whether the comp does or not as long as active sync sees the folders you can flash. secoundly use the search option for the forum to find related articles for the loader screen and flashing.

tri-color screen, that is Boot loader mode, where you can flash/ reflash your EXCA to a new rom. Make sure you install "Activesync", make sure you plug the USB cable to your EXCA.

When you plug the usb cable, the tri-color screen will change the "Serial" to "USB".
That mean, your computer has recognized your phone.

The rest of thing, you could spend little time to know: "HOW TO FLASH A NEW ROM SUCCESSFULLY?"
