Star Trek 100 variants are they same or different?

Hi All,
I am under the impression that all Star Trek 100 variations have exactly the same hardware except the 3125 comes with an extended battery (thus a bigger battery cover). But wiki says 3125 has more Memory: 128 MB ROM, 64 MB RAM than the other variant's 64 MB ROM, 64 MB RAM. Is this true?
