Ok here is a Manilla test version for those of you who want to try it out. If you install the quickmenu cab thats attached it will save even more memory so I will leave that up to you if you don't want the honeycomb menu..

Oh and yes the SMS bug is fixed!!

Just curious....I seen other Titanium Anolog Clocks that actually match the Digital Time displayed. Is there somewhere you can configure that or is it just a graphic of an analog clock? Thanks...

I can only assume it was some addon for titanium. Its not an option by default.

It just comes with the standard keyboard. I use SPB Keyboard so maybe thats what you're seeing I'm not sure.

Just a follow up. I loaded all the program I run and this ROM handles them very well. Better than any I have found so far. The only thing left to figure out is mapping the left soft key. Other than that I don't see going any where else.

Did you flash a at&t rom before this one? if you're getting hard resets then you will need to do this.

Yes, I was actually using the AT&T stripped ROM for a few days before I loaded yours. I will run it a few more days and see what happens. My laptop is usually close so getting back up and running takes about 20 mins.

How can I get get the same exact UI you have? It looks different. I really like your notification panel (SMS, Missed Calls, Voice Mails, etc.) and your Clock Panel is nicer and has the Weekday (Monday, Tuesday, etc.) and mine doesn't.

Also, the in Buttons the 4th button is missing...it jumps from button 3 to button 5. Is there a fix for this?

The UI you're referring to is the Black Bliss you can download it right in the first post.

I've never used 1-calc just the HTC Calculator thats already in the ROM.

In personal settings you can customize what the hardware buttons activate. I'm used to activating comm manager with harware button 4. But it's not there in there in the button customizer. And thanks again for the quick reply...

You DA MAN Mr. DSL:D!!! It's fixed...thanks a bunch. After installing the fix just need to make sure you do a screen alignment again.

BTW SKYFIRE 1.1 is now available and runs faster with less memory usage. After replacing 1.0.2 the memory usage went down from 75% to 60%.

The ROM is working beautifully!!!

The HTC Calculator seems to be only a basic function one. Unless I missed where the trig function button is?

I think I know what it is. It was part of the original ROM that didn't get cleaned. There for HTC 1-Calc was probably part of the original ROM. Just my guess...

The only problem I've encountered is when i use certain updates using CRC's Update. When I dowload the sofkey changer utility it changes the theme. It also somehow corrupts the screen refresh and when you try to slide a screen up or down the icons appear smeared across the screen. This also may be becuase there is an incompatibility with Mort Script on certain HTC plug-ins and utilities that reinstall the HTC original theme and titanium panel icon attributes. I even tried to ensure the theme was deselected in the today menu before downloading and installing.

Basically this renders the today & menu screens of the ROM OS unreadable and swithing back and forth between screens does not refresh it. The smeared ICONS remain no matter what is done and then I'm forced to hard reset to start all over. Only individual apps seem to look ok.

Is there another utility app that i can try to change the softkeys?

Just go into regional settings and change the time format to something else and then back again. I know its not set to 24hr but for some reason it starts that way.

thats really weird...when that happens it means theres no background wallpaper. go into file explorer and make a pic the background and see if that fixes the messed up icons.

why not use advanced config in the tools folder to change softkeys? im pretty sure it does that.

the cpr is corrupted at the line of the background image... check that... unistall or harreset your device extarct the startmenu global cprs and compare it with the messed up i cant remember the exact value that must be changed but you can figured out that.

The lite version doesn't have titanium and includes the apps I listed. Theres no screenshot because well the background is blank.

The memory I'm not sure about but I believe around 24/25mb

Hi MrDSL, when i saw your Manilla version I though... "Damn! I must Try it" and after download I flash it as soon as possible.
The ROM for me haven't bugs, I think I can say this is "The Perfect 6.5 rom"

The phone crash, whit no one reasons... I can't understand why.
First of all, I flashaed befor the A&T OEM Strip, than flash the rom.
First time, the phone crashin during a conversation.
I re-reflash the rom
Second time the phone crash when I play Kevtris... :confused:
And last, the phone crash today, after 1 week whit no problems.
I was trying to play a video whit Win Media Player...

WHY!?!?
I have to come back whit another rom, I can't stay whit a unstable rom...
So sorry :(:(

The first camera prob is the hardware key assigment. When it's assigned and you press the hardware key it says"Error opening shortcut or locating target filename."

Also, if you initiate the camera from the multimedia menu it opens fine, but when you take a pic it shows up as grayed out on the left side of screen and you can't save the pic. Videos save ok but not pics.

Other than the above issues, I have never had a lock up screen freeze.

When you highlight the active plugins on the left side the settings will appear on the right side.On the right theres like skutxt or something like that you can't miss it theres like to of them that have to do with the soft keys. Its very easy to find and you'll know just by looking it.

The program is beta so it may crash sometimes.

I seem to have lost the background...could you please tell me what the file name is for the background of the Today Screen? The one that is black with the flames and circles? This is really an awesome background.

This is totally different from the Black Bliss Home background:confused:. Are you sure this is supposed to be the Black Bliss Home background with red flames and circles? This one is light blue with white line patterns.

Very Possible..I just used the brows function in the Today settings for background it listed all picture files without the extension...so I don't know if they were gif files or jpg files. But those were the only two files with those names.

Is the only thing i have to do is click on the attached thumbnails and copy them to the clipboard and save them? Or, do you have a download for them?

Just click on them to bring them up and right click and save

I've found this ROM to be one of the best for batteries, I get at least 2 good days use out of a standard battery

Sounds like you need a new battery. I am on my second one with my Hermes which I suppose isn't bad after 3 yrs but mine is starting to do that again now and it doesn't matter what ROM i use :(

The ROM just failed on me today:( Contacts doesn't work, messages don't have names, and the Today screen becomes w/e opens up:( *sigh*

I've been using the 21728 3G rom for a couple of weeks now and found it to be fast enough and very stable.
I'm having an issue though with bluetooth, if I pair it with my Nokia BT-C91 it doesn't auto answer after x rings which is a pain, I've poked around but can't seem to find any way of getting it to do this when just paired to the car kit.
Another issue is when I'm running Garmin XT and paired to the car kit the sound from calls is not routed through the car kit, it's routed through the earpeice.
I'm not sure if these issues are down to the rom, clunky hardware or just me being an incompetent fool :rolleyes:
Any light shed would be greatly appreciated :)

But I have a problem with your rom. When I want to set my sound options in Notifications area I can't access to it! When I click on the sound icon a window opens which has no sound's options in it.
How can I change my phones volume or set it on Vibrate mode?
