phones call button not working

hope everyone is fine. yesterday my son dropped my excalibur and the call button has stopped working

i have reset my excalibur thinking that there might be software problem but still its not working

Defiantly dosent seem to be a software problem,
should be a hardware problem,
if you can be a bit exploitative,
you can check the tutorial on getting dash apart, and check out.

Hard-reset flash stock ROM etc, but i think the answer is in your post "yesterday my son dropped my excalibur"
