Touch Dual keeps rebooting.....

Not sure if anyone can give some advice on this...

If the battery goes dead or if for some reason the phone has to start up,

It goes back to inital config!! - ie: - tap screen to start, set up the phone etc...

all apps, settings etc have gone, as if its a new phone!!

Its highly frustrating and wondered if anyone can help.....

maybe that needs changing??

Try a hard reset.

# remove the battery cover.

when I reset or battery dies etc. It reboots back, as if its a new flash....:confused:

I Had exactly the same problem

I tryed all the 6.5 rom in this forum and the problem continues
i also tryed changing the radio.

I tryed a 6.1 rom and get the same rhing.

The only solution was flashing the original rom from htc

There is some strange error in this new roms.

The only way to get the phone running again was to install the original htc rom
