Can't boot or flash rom!

I have a Niki100 that can't boot, it stops in the screen that shows "smart mobility" and at the bottom the info in red letters.
Here he shows
M 04
B 04
R 1.58.16.27
G 25.61.30.03H
D 1.31
I can boot it to the 3 colors screen, when connec't the cable at the white stripe it changes from serial to usb, but can't flash any rom it stops at 0% with error! At this screen it shows:
niki100
SPL-1.16.0000
CPLD-4
Already tried several official rom's some gives me ID error because it's locked to vodafone, but also tried an Vodafone spanish rom and got update error.

From the versions it's something wrong? It's not my pda I'm used to work with an Prophet, I don't know niki's spl, hard spl, etc... stuff...

Do a hard reset, if it boots then do hardspl and after flash rom of your choice.

Still the same! This is a rom problem...

Have you read any of the threads about flashing????; you have to HardSpl first your device before anything else, then the CID Unlock and then you can flash any ROM; (I recomend HardSpl 1.22)

I've "hardspl" my device before ... but now no access at all to the device
it's stock on the HTC logo...
I can't go to the rainbow boot ... the PC don't see it

I too tried many options... nothing working....

Still i have an option left, i heard that you can boot ROM from SD Card, this may help us to proceed further(avoid boot issues)... Let me try and update you :mad:

Already try the sd method and some roms tells wrong vendor other (Vodafone) just stays at "loading..."

I have the same issue:
after I have flashed new Insomnia 3.01 ROM,
the phone will not install any software first and than freezed.
After I have take the battery out and put it on again,
device has stopped responding and boots no more, shows HTC Logo with
radio version etc.
Could anybody help me?
