Thanks for your thoughts on the cost. I was starting to wonder if I was being unreasonable.

On eBay apparently I do not have enough "sales" to allow BIN, unless I am missing something. Any hints on my error would be appreciated.

I'll keep waiting for someone to see this is a good deal, on a good phone in great shape, no scratches, no damages.

hardspl allows the ROM to be unlocked to let other ROMs be flashed.

sim unlocked allows another SIM card from another carrier to be used in the phone.

In this case my Fuze is AT&T and if it is NOT sim unlocked only an AT&T card will work in it. On the other hand a sim unlocked phone will take a O2 sim card and work in this at&t phone. Sim unlocking is pretty easy and inexpensive if not free, go here... http://raphael.htc-unlocks.com/
