Did you flash a wrong hardspl (for exampel neon on a niki)?

i tried to flash it to 6.1 from ce4arab but the cable UN bulged from it
then stuck on htc splash screen
itried to flash it by the original rom but no way to work

To me it sounds like it could be fixed by reflashing indeed.
Ofcourse while it's stuck in the HTC splah, the flashing tool won't find it.
What you need to do is this:
Turn off the phone (remove the back cover, remove the battery and re-insert the battery).
Then make sure it's fully charged (just connect the charger, don't turn it on.
Then (while still off!) press the camera-button (on the side), hold it and also press the power-button. Hold them both until you see a screen with three colored bars and some text.
Then connect the phone to the computer and flash as you usually would.
That should fix it.
