HTC warranty/repair question.

Does anyone know how quick the repair process is, normally?
I'm sending in a G1 tomorrow, and the lady on the phone estimated 7-10 business days total for the repair and return shipping.

Also, assuming my problem is covered under warranty - will they charge me for return shipping?

from my experience the turn around time they have suggested is accurate. Mine came back after day 7 and was a replacement.

I was not charged for return delivery.
