Custom Icons on Winmo 6.1

I know I've seen a post for this before, but it has been lost in the infinite pages of this website.

Does anyone know of a guide, or can tell me how to make my own icons for my apps?
Do I need to use coding?
Is there an app to do this?

Please help! Looking to customize my spb shell to look more proffetional, and sleek!
