hello, i have a problem my computer is runing a bit slow ive check if it has any virus and nothing i cleaned it up, its still a bit slow can anyone help me solve my problem pls.

You have too many fonts installed.
You have too many apps/processes running.
You have a virus and your AV software is crap and cannot detect and/or clean it.
