Can Titanium be installed separately?

I have seen Titanium and M2D coming with the 6.5 ROMs.

M2D can be installed separately like on WM6 or something (seen CAB files of it). Similarly, can Titanium be installed separately on any WM 6.5 or WM 6.1?

No because he's included on WM6.5 like a defaut today's item (appointement, date, message), so you can't have it separately i think, why do you want titanium like a CAB ? he's included on all ROMs...

But, I think its the same with M2D and it can be installed separately.

Not necessarily like a CAB, but for installation. There are some ROMs in which Titanium is not included...

no it's not the same! HTC releases the OEM packages of M2D, microsoft don't. so we can't have a cab.
